The updated version of the Hongkong Post Mobile App introduces a user-friendly interface along with enhanced features, aimed at providing an improved experience for our valuable customers.

• Post Now Platform: An online posting platform that offers a convenient and user-friendly method for customers to prepare online postings.
• Mail Tracking: Easily track your mail items by entering the mail item number or scanning the code on the posting receipt. Additionally, you can share real-time delivery status updates via SMS, email, or other mobile messaging applications.
• Postage Calculation: Calculate postage rates and access related information for mailing items based on destinations and specific service requirements. The app allows you to compare different options based on postage fees, delivery times, or personal preferences to help you choose the most suitable option.
• In Search of Postal Facilities: Locate nearby post offices, iPostal stations, street posting boxes, and mobile post offices using your mobile device's GPS system. Detailed information such as addresses, opening hours, and available postal services are provided.
• Mail Posting History: View the posting history of mail items prepared via the "Post Now" platform (registration of mobile phone number required).
• Easy Pre-Customs: Streamline customs clearance by providing electronic information before mailing items. This enables customs authorities in destinations with postal e-Customs clearance to receive declarations prior to the mail's arrival, thereby expediting the delivery process.
• Major Postal Services: Provides an overview of Hongkong Post's key postal services to enhance understanding of the services offered.
• Mailing Address Format Finder: Easily find and save correct mailing address formats for local posts within the app for future reference.
• Change of Collection Points or Delivery Time: Use the app to modify collection points to iPostal Stations or post offices by registering with the item number and passcode sent via SMS. This feature is applicable to certain EMS/Parcel services based on provided recipient details.
• Pick-up Service (Speedpost/Local CourierPost): In addition to posting at acceptance offices, Speedpost and Local CourierPost customers can utilize the pick-up service for mailing items.
